AIR WASHER SYSTEM

Air washer is an equipment that is designed to improve air quality by evaporative cooling principle. The air that moves through it, gains humidity thereby reducing the air temperature to keep the environment cool. Air washers are used to improve indoor ambience and allow people to work in comfortable conditions. 

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF AIR WASHER:

The air washer contains a multi step process. The atmospheric air is first drawn into the system through a layer of louvres, thus ensuring that undesirable objects do not enter the system. The air then passes through a set of custom designed air filters where dust and impurities are collected. The clean air then passes through the wet chamber where water is constantly sprayed on a packed bed of ferrules. The ferrules increase the duration to which the air comes in contact with water, thus maximizing reduction of air temperature. The moisture laden cool air then passes through a set of mist eliminators that removes the water content from the air and allowing only cool air to pass through the blower to the supply points.

EXHAUST AIR SYSTEM

Exhaust â€‹air systems are installed to reduce the ambient temperature by forcefully removing the hot air from the factory atmosphere. For this purpose, they are most ideally installed at the heat generation source and the exhaust hoods are custom designed according to the specifications of the heat generation source with respect to area, temperature and operation.
